TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Terms & Conditions apply when you use this website or place an order through it. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and the Returns Policy.

Please read them before placing your order.

1. ORDERS

Please check your order carefully before submitting it, including the products, colours, sizes, quantities, customisation options and delivery details you have selected.

If you create or customise a product, please also check your artwork, spelling, print dimensions and intended print placement.

Once an order has entered production, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

If we identify a problem with your order before production, we may contact you for clarification.

We may decline or cancel an order if we are unable to produce it, if requested content is unlawful or inappropriate for us to reproduce, or if there has been an obvious pricing, product or technical error.

If we cancel an order that has already been paid for, the applicable amount will be refunded.

2. PRE-DESIGNED & CUSTOMISED PRODUCTS

Products available through this website may be pre-designed or may allow you to create or customise your own design.

If you create or customise a product, you are responsible for checking the choices you make, including artwork you supply, spelling and design content, garment selection, print dimensions and intended print placement.

If you purchase a pre-designed product, the artwork, print dimensions and print placement have already been configured for that product. You are not responsible for those production settings.

You are responsible for checking the product, colour, garment size, quantity and any other options you select when ordering.

3. CUSTOM-MADE PRODUCTS & CANCELLATIONS

Many products are printed, decorated or otherwise produced specifically to order and cannot readily be resold.

For this reason, we do not normally provide refunds or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size or product selection, or changes requested after production has begun.

If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. If production has not begun, we will let you know whether the change or cancellation is possible.

This does not affect your rights where a product is faulty, incorrectly supplied or does not meet guarantees that apply under New Zealand law.

Please see the Returns Policy for further information.

4. ARTWORK & ORDER APPROVAL

This section applies where you create or customise a product or supply artwork for an order.

You are responsible for checking artwork and information you supply, including spelling, wording, names, dates and other design content.

Please also check the product, colour, size, quantity, print dimensions and print location shown on your order before submitting it.

Where a proof is provided for approval, please check it carefully. Once approved, the order will normally be produced based on that approval.

If we make a production error that was not present in the artwork, order or approved proof supplied by you, please contact us so we can put it right.

5. PRINT SIZE & PLACEMENT

This section applies where you create or customise a product using the online designer.

Artwork will normally be printed at the dimensions specified on your order, regardless of garment size.

We do not automatically scale artwork up or down simply because a garment is smaller or larger. This means the same size print may appear proportionally larger on a smaller garment and smaller on a larger garment.

The garment mockup is a visual guide to your intended print position. We use it to determine the general placement you have selected, such as left chest, upper back, centre back or lower back.

Exact placement may vary slightly between garments due to garment size, style, seams, construction and normal production tolerances.

If you require different print sizes for particular garments or sizes, or if your print position is particularly important or unusual, please include a note with your order before production begins.

For pre-designed products, print dimensions and placement have already been configured and are not the purchaser’s responsibility.

6. ARTWORK QUALITY

This section applies to artwork supplied or uploaded by the customer.

The quality of the finished print depends partly on the quality of the artwork supplied.

Low-resolution, blurry, pixelated or otherwise unsuitable artwork may not produce a sharp print. Enlarging a low-resolution image does not necessarily improve its quality.

AI-generated artwork and images obtained from the internet may contain backgrounds, artefacts, transparency issues or other imperfections that aren’t obvious on screen.

The online designer and digital previews help you visualise your order but do not guarantee that customer-supplied artwork is suitable for high-quality printing.

If we notice an obvious artwork issue, we may contact you, but we cannot guarantee that every artwork issue will be identified before production.

7. COLOUR & PRODUCTION VARIATION

Colours displayed on screens may differ from the finished product. Screens create colour using light, while printing and decoration processes use inks, pigments or threads.

Bright, neon and fluorescent colours can be particularly difficult to reproduce accurately.

Reasonable variation may also occur between garment fabrics, garment colours, different printing or decoration processes and different production runs.

If accurate colour reproduction is particularly important for a customised order, please contact us before ordering.

8. PRINTING & DECORATION PROCESSES

Different printing and decoration methods can produce differences in colour, texture, feel and appearance.

Where customers can choose between different production methods, we don’t recommend mixing processes where an exact visual match is important.

If you’re unsure which available process is appropriate for a customised product, please contact us before ordering.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & CUSTOMER-SUPPLIED CONTENT

This section applies where you upload, supply or ask us to reproduce content.

By uploading, submitting or asking us to reproduce artwork, logos, photographs, text, trademarks or other material, you confirm that you own the material or have permission or another lawful right to use and reproduce it.

You are responsible for obtaining any licences, permissions or approvals required for content you supply.

We may refuse to reproduce material where we reasonably believe it may infringe another person’s intellectual property rights, be unlawful, or otherwise be inappropriate for us to reproduce.

You retain ownership of material that you own and supply.

Artwork, designs and other material owned or created by the store, website operator, printer or other rights holder remain the property of their respective owners unless otherwise agreed.

10. GARMENT SIZING

Garment sizing varies between brands and styles.

Please check the size information provided for the product before ordering rather than relying solely on the size you normally wear.

Custom-printed or decorated products cannot normally be exchanged because the customer has selected the wrong size.

If a different size from the one ordered is supplied, please contact us.

11. STOCK AVAILABILITY

Not every product, colour and size displayed on the website will necessarily be held in stock. Products may be sourced from suppliers after an order is placed.

Occasionally an item may become unavailable after an order has been submitted.

If this happens, we may contact you to offer a suitable alternative, allow you to wait for replenishment where appropriate, or refund the affected item if a suitable solution is not available.

12. PRICING & PAYMENT

Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website.

Applicable taxes, shipping and other charges will be shown during the ordering or checkout process where applicable.

Orders will generally not enter production until required payment has been received or approved payment arrangements have been made.

If there is an obvious pricing or website error, we may contact you before proceeding with the order.

13. PRODUCTION TIMEFRAMES

Advertised production timeframes are estimates unless a specific deadline has been agreed with you.

Production times may be affected by order size, stock availability, artwork issues, production requirements and periods of unusually high demand.

If you need an order by a particular date, please contact us before ordering so that we can confirm whether the timeframe is achievable.

14. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Shipping time is additional to production time.

Courier and delivery timeframes are estimates unless a particular delivery commitment has specifically been agreed.

Please ensure your delivery address is correct when ordering.

If an order is delayed, lost or damaged in transit, please contact us so the matter can be investigated with the delivery provider.

15. RETURNS, FAULTS, REPRINTS & REFUNDS

The Returns Policy explains how faults, production errors, returns, reprints and refunds are handled.

If something isn’t right with your order, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number, details of the issue and photographs where appropriate.

The product may need to be inspected or further information requested before the appropriate solution can be determined.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions or the Returns Policy limits any rights or remedies you may have under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act or other rights that cannot legally be excluded.

16. WEBSITE USE

You must not use this website or its services for unlawful purposes, attempt to interfere with the operation or security of the website, or knowingly upload malicious software or content.

Website availability may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance, updates or circumstances outside reasonable control.

Website content, products, pricing and services may be updated from time to time.

17. PRIVACY

Personal information collected through the website and ordering process is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable New Zealand privacy law.

18. NEW ZEALAND LAW

These Terms & Conditions are governed by New Zealand law.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under New Zealand law.
